Ι. This product is made from polyimide corona resistance film painted with FEP on single surface or double surfaces, then cut to the length per customer requirement. This tape applies to insulation material for electrical wire winding, which is molded through melting at the temperature

of 350 -380°C for a couple of minutes.

    1. Appearance: the adhesive tape is clean and smooth, without air bubble and impurities
    2. Size
        1). Length: the length of a reel of adhesive tape is no less than 300m, which consists of no more than 3 sections. And the 

        minimum length of each section is no less than 100m.
        2). Width: 6mm to 500mm±0.5mm.
        3). Thickness: we can supply tapes with different thickness according to requirement of customers. In general, the tolerance 

        allowed by GB-T is ±0.006mm.
Ⅱ. Packing, Mark, Preservation and Transportation
    1. The film will be wound up to the pipe core and provided in rolls, each roll is well packed and loaded with plastic bag to be 

    placed into dry and clean box.
    2. Specification will be marked on the packaging of products, including size, lot number, gross weight, net weight, date of 

    manufacture, name of the manufacturer. 
    3. The products should be placed in a dry and clean room upon reception. The shelf life is approximately one year. The 

    product can still be used after quality check per standard on expiration.
    Caution: avoid moisture and mechanical damage during preservation and transportation.
